When it comes to your Peace of mind you have to protect it at all costs. Even if it’s from your family, friends, children, your job, or your spouse if you don’t have Peace you will not be good for anyone.
“Peace: It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work; it means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.”
As a stay-at-home mother you have the constant attention of children around you and everything you do. They needs and wants starts to out ways your own then you look up after three hours and wonders what happen to the time and did I even eat yet.
Children is a constant needs and wants so you as a woman and a mother have to schedule you time for yourself because if you don’t you will be so stressed out that you will be a run away train headed for destruction. Even if it’s one hour a day where the kids have there naps and you can sleep or just have a moment of Peace.
Peace is a powerful weapon for your soul. God wants us to have Peace. Peace will solve a lot of problems and headaches.
Father,
when I am tired,
you give me the
strength to go on.
When discouraged,
you give me hope.
When I am afraid,
you are my Peace.
Thank you!
