10 New Year’s Resolutions you can achieve in 2021

Don’t Tell People, Your Plan, Show Them Your Results

  1. Drink more water
  2. Journal in the morning
  3. Declutter your home, office space, and task list
  4. Have less screen time and read more books like self-help, motivation help, and/or education in your field of study
  5. Meditate everyday for at least 30 minutes a day without any Distraction; so don’t pick up your phone or turn on your television
  6. Make a budget monthly and stick to the budget
  7. Spend more time with Family and Friend on Zoom
  8. Nourish your body with healthy food and knowledge
  9. Express Clean your home for 15 minutes a day; it will bring a scene of accomplishment
  10. Journal daily to clear your thoughts
