Don’t Tell People, Your Plan, Show Them Your Results






- Drink more water
- Journal in the morning
- Declutter your home, office space, and task list
- Have less screen time and read more books like self-help, motivation help, and/or education in your field of study
- Meditate everyday for at least 30 minutes a day without any Distraction; so don’t pick up your phone or turn on your television
- Make a budget monthly and stick to the budget
- Spend more time with Family and Friend on Zoom
- Nourish your body with healthy food and knowledge
- Express Clean your home for 15 minutes a day; it will bring a scene of accomplishment
- Journal daily to clear your thoughts
